Pack & Ship
Pack the product in original packaging. We'll arrange pickup or provide shipping label.

Get Refund
Once we receive the product, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- Unused product in original condition
- Product with original packaging and tags
- Request within 7 days of delivery
- Manufacturing defects or damaged items
Not Eligible
- Used or altered products
- Products without original packaging
- Return request after 7 days
- Products with fitted prescription lenses
Important Note
For exchange, the replacement will be shipped after we receive the returned product. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. COD orders will receive refund via bank transfer (please provide account details).
